HOW TO ENTER
All entries must be made via our on-line system and payment made by Paypal or BACS.
Please note - to guarantee a place please complete your entry form and pay as soon as possible. It doesn't matter at this stage if you don't have the names of your team finalised. An entry is not accepted until payment is received.

All participants (competitors and others including gatekeepers) are required to hold a Wintersports Travel Insurance policy which must include ski racing and personal liability up to a limit of indemnity at £5,000,000. MPI brokers (one of our sponsors) provides insurance that satisfies these requirements and we have negotiated special terms for all those attending the British Schoolgirls' Races.

1. BSR Rules
As per the last couple of seasons, it will be easiest if they drop us (Go Massif) a quick email (email@example.com) to request an online discount voucher and one of our office staff will email them the necessary link so they can make their own booking. If there is a problem email Anne at firstname.lastname@example.org who will send you a link.
Please note there is an early booking discount at Terrasses de Veret until the 30th September and with the others Residence de las Foret etc it is 13th November.
Competitors must be from years of birth 2000/2007 inclusive. Teams should be composed of THREE skiers who must be in full time education and all attend the SAME school. Teams can bring reserves but only the three girls finally chosen can race in the main events. However nominated reserves are allowed in parallel slalom and in the main event in case of injury confirmed by a doctor.

Athlete’s Declaration forms must be signed by all girls not registered with BASS (British Alpine Seeding System) for snow or BARTS for artificial slopes. If the competitor is under 18 the Athlete’s Declaration must be counter-signed by their parent/guardian. These should be completed and returned by email to email@example.com if possible or handed in at the Welcome Desk on Saturday 26th January. PLEASE NOTE that a competitor will not be allowed to race if this form has not been received.
Under 14 – Year of Birth (YoB) 2006-2007 - Under 16 – YoB 2004-2005
Under 18- YoB 2002-2003 - Under 21- YoB 2000-2001
NOTE Anyone born after 2007 is not allowed to compete
Entries are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Initially entries will be accepted from only one team per school ‘B’ team entries will be accepted after Friday 11th October 2019, subject to availability, and giving priority to those schools who have consistently supported the event for the greatest number of years.
No places will be held without payment of FULL race entry fee and completed entry form. Race entry cancellations will only be refunded before 14th October 2019. Should one (or more) of the races be cancelled, the race entry fee will NOT be refunded as costs will have been incurred in setting up the event.
It is a condition of entry that each School/Club provides at least ONE Gate Judge per team. If a School has been allowed to enter a second team a further Gate Judge must be provided.
Photographs will be taken by accredited photographers during the event. If any competitor does not consent to the use or publication of their image for publicity purposes they should download, complete and return the Opt-Out Form which can be accessed by clicking here.
The LSC has a child protection policy. Please note that in entering the event you are agreeing to all the conditions set out in the LSC child protection document.
